This is a real tree— the Rainbow Eucalyptus tree, also know as the Mindanao Gum or the Rainbow Gum. It is found in New Britain, New Guinea, Ceram,Sulawesi and Mindanao, which is the 2nd largest island in the Philippines. Um. I think this is another reason I need to go there because these trees are so awesome. I keep showing the picture to Ben and he keeps looking at it completely unimpressed.
